In partnership with parents, Cowan Avenue Elementary holds the expectation that every child learns and grows academically and socially. We are committed to providing our students with STEM, GATE, and World Language Immersion opportunities to pursue a well-developed and high-quality educational pathway to satisfy individual aptitudes and interests.

The Mission of Cowan Elementary School is to create lifelong scholars and leaders, who will successfully meet the challenges, and are socially and emotionally prepared for the multi-cultural, technologically oriented, 21st century.
